Kronberg, Germany - Celanese Emulsions will increase selling prices for all of its Mowilith® Emulsion (wet basis) and Vinamul® (wet basis) grades effective April 15, 2005, or as contracts allow. The price increases will be as follows:

• Acrylic based and Styrene Acrylic based Emulsions: 10-15 %
• VAM based Emulsions: 5-10%
