Kronberg, Februrary 28, 2008 --- Nutrinova, a global foods ingredient
supplier, has settled two lawsuits, one a suit against The Ingredient House, and the second, a suit
filed in New Jersey state court against Graham Hall, William Riha and Janet Timko, principles of The
Ingredient House.
The parties have amicably resolved their differences and
settled all claims in both lawsuits. In addition, The Ingredient House and its principals have agreed
to refrain from selling Ace-K in the United States for the life of Nu-trinova’s U.S. Patent No. 5,103,046.
The remaining terms of the settle-ment agreement are confidential and all Parties agreed not to comment
fur-ther on the settlement and its terms.
