DALLAS, December 2, 2009 -- Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a leading, global chemical company and a global leader in Ethylene
Vinyl Acetate (EVA) polymers, announced today that its subsidiary, Celanese EVA Performance Polymers
Inc., will increase the price of all grades of Ateva® EVA by $0.08/pound and LDPE by $0.05/pound effective
January 1, 2010, or as contracts allow.
